Unlike its academic house journal, ASLE-J’s biannual newsletter includes more personal observations and speculations on the theme of literature and environment, as well as book information and reports on relevant events. One prominent feature is a long-standing series of “Modern Nature Writers,” which has been written by ASLE-J members in turn.
